Our fees

To start the search, our initial fee (non-refundable) is usd 500 + taxes.
For a purchase, the final fee is calculated on 3% + taxes of the purchase price, minus the initial fee. This is paid at the time of purchase.
In the case of a rental, the fee is calculated on 10% + taxes of the annual rent, minus the initial fee. This is paid at the signing of the rental contract.
